About Carolyn

Hi, I’m Carolyn Gravely and I’ve been a seeker and healer all my life.

I began my search in 1974 with Transcendental Meditation, diligently practicing my mantra twice a day for two years. I was told if you did this you would be enlightened in five years.

That seemed like a long time to wait, so in 1976 I hopped on a plane to India so I could live in an ashram.

Over the years my quest continued. I learned from many great teachers and mentors along the way. I studied with J. Krishnamurti, Rajneesh, Gurdjieff, U.G. Krishnamurti, to name a few. And explored many more teachings through books and workshops. I traveled to India three more times, spending days visiting temples and ashrams.

Later, in 1991, I received a Massage License in Florida and immersed myself in helping my clients to heal somatically.

In 2009 I became certified in EFT Levels 1 & 2, and since then I’ve worked with a diverse clientele on a variety of issues. Around that time I also started studying NLP, Family Constellation work and Enneagram of Personality Types.

Six years later, in 2015 I trained in Matrix Reimprinting and am now certified. This is a modality I love and truly believe in its power. I now integrate all these previous tools with my Matrix Reimprinting work.

I became certified in Matrix Birth Reimprinting in September 2017. I now enjoy taking clients back to their birth experience and reimprinting a more positive and connected experience with their mothers and their world they came into.

I believe in working for positive change. I spent 15 years as a Manager for Global Exchange, a nonprofit human rights organization. I was the buyer of Fair Trade items from over 40 countries and got to see firsthand the difference that Fair Trade makes in people’s lives.

Now I am committed to using my healing gifts to create positive change in the world.

A Few Other Tidbits

I love yoga and have been practicing for 40 years. I’ve also had a lifelong interest in natural healing. On many days you can find me in my garden or hiking the trails in Tilden Park here in Berkeley, California, always on the lookout for healing herbs along the way. You might also find me in my kitchen preparing delicious healthy meals for myself and my husband.
